Throughout the years I have attended several group and individual sessions. And I have been very happy with those.
The group sessions are educational and interesting. They teach you to look at things differently. This teaches you about yourself and about others. The open interaction in the group is great. You guide the process well and show precisely where it is at.
The individual sessions (tarot and kinesiology) are very special, as it always is exactly about those things that you are struggling with yourself, without (yet) knowing what to do with it, how to put it in perspective ~ to recognize it for what it is. I find it very special how these things come to the surface every time.
And while you can feel a sense of judgement toward yourself, or have negative fellings about it ~ you approach them in a very positive manner, without any judgement ~ only from a helping perspective. POinting out how you might look at things differently; or what things to look at period.
I greatly appreciate this non-judgemental, warm approach.
My personal experience: It is uplifting, it gets you back onto your personal path which you might have lost momentarily; or didn't want to see. It breaks up your blockages into parts that are easily released so that you can move on with much more happiness. This joy and happiness stays with you.
